JURADO FANTASMA, IRREGULARIDADES Y TARDANZA, EN EL FALLO DEL CONCURSO DE LOGOTIPO DEL NAICM DECLARADO DESIERTO / SIN GANADOR

 

NAICM DENUESTA VISUALMENTE Y RIDICULIZA LAS PROPUESTAS SERIAS, CON SU MANERA DE EXHIBIR LOS LOGOTIPOS, AL PUBLICARLOS SIN AUTOR Y NEGÁNDOSE A DAR A CONOCER AL JURADO CALIFICADOR, PARA FORTALECER SU FALLO TARDÍO Y LA DECLARACIÓN DE UN CONCURSO DESIERTO.

Independientemente si hacer concursos de diseño y participar en ellos sea cosa del diablo o no. Quienes hemos tenido el valor para participar en concursos, sea una bienal estatal o nacional de arte o fotografía, sabemos que en todo concurso hay propuestas buenas y malas y un jurado calificador selecto que evalúa, analiza, premia si lo desea, JUSTIFICA y exhibe.

En el caso de la exhibición del CONCURSO INTERNACIONAL DE LOGOTIPO que NAICM hace en su pagina, notamos que a nuestro parecer, está planeada para fortalecer la idea del fallo desierto del concurso y denostar o minimizar a los concursantes serios, ya que ponen las propuestas menos asertivas junto con las rescatables mezcladas entre todas, revueltas y sin escala.

Las propuestas no siempre aparecen completas, aparecen solo partes o solo el logo sin su justificación y aplicación. No hay indicios de una clasificación, evaluación, selección por rondas o eliminación, no hay finalistas ni menciones. nada.

Aunque en el concurso hubo muchas limitantes en su convocatoria , como por ejemplo seguir la identidad minimalista de gobierno de la república, la temática de la puerta de México al mundo, un trazo atrevido y una obra magna hecha por el inglés Norman Foster y el arquitecto mexicano Fernando Romero además del poco tiempo en navidad y año nuevo en una convocatoria ¨express¨ masiva y nacional, hubo propuestas interesantes y completas.

Seguramente fueron muchas las causas de los resultados malos pero creemos, aun así hay propuestas interesantes, porque el concursante siempre es creativo, siempre hay valientes, ingenuos e ingeniosos, que aspiran a derribar el nepotismo y compadrazgo y que de buena fe producen o producimos por amor al oficio.

Hablando de lo ¨Horrible¨ de las propuestas según los internautas, en nuestra opinión no. No es conveniente juzgar la exhibición sin leer, sin saber, por el placer del bullyng hacia los concursantes.

Se ha enviado una carta al NAICM y a la UNAM, sin ánimo de ofender mas bien pidiendo transparencia, donde se solicita que explique quienes fueron los jueces que mencionan en su comunicado con el fallo desierto en el concurso limitado ahora solo a la Facultad de Arte y Diseño de la UNAM, esquivando el punto 9 de la convocatoria que  al parecer NO cumplió en su totalidad.

DICE EL PUNTO 9 , El jurado calificador estará integrado por cinco personalidades de
reconocido prestigio a nivel nacional en las áreas del diseño gráfico, la
comunicación, las bellas artes y el ámbito empresarial. La decisión del
jurado calificador será inapelable y se basará en lo señalado en el punto
número tres de esta Convocatoria.

TAMBIÉN EL PUNTO 13 LO INCUMPLIERON EN UNA DECISIÓN RETARDADA POR MAS DE 3 MESES.

Y DICE LO SIGUIENTE La decisión del jurado calificador será publicada el día 31 de enero de 2017 en la página de Internet del NAICM www.aeropuerto.gob.mx. LOS RESULTADOS SE ENTREGARON EL 4 DE MAYO 2017.

NAICM CASI AMENAZA EN LA CONVOCATORIA LEONINA A LOS PARTICIPANTES, OBLIGÁNDOLES A FIRMAR LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR ANTES DE CONCURSAR, CON EL FIN DE DARLES EL DERECHO A CONCURSO, Y AUN ASI ESCRIBE EN EL PUNTO 19 PARA PROTEGERSE…

Los concursantes están de acuerdo en indemnizar y mantener a GACM
en paz y a salvo de y contra cualquier demanda de terceros, en relación
con cualquier violación de cualquier declaración, ratificación o convenio
hecho por tal concursante en relación con su aceptación de esta
Convocatoria o las actividades del Concurso.

SIN EMBARGO LA CONSTITUCIÓN Y LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS, PROTEGEN A LOS CIUDADANOS Y CONCURSANTES DE CONTRATOS LEONINOS Y LESIVOS, QUE PRETENDEN ESTAR POR ENCIMA DE LA JUSTICIA, PERMITIENDO AL CONCURSANTE MANIFESTAR SU INCONFORMIDAD Y SOLICITAR TRANSPARENCIA Y AUN UNA NUEVA EVALUACIÓN, POR LA MANERA EN LA QUE SE PRESENTARON LOS HECHOS.

Finalmente, aquí dejamos una propuesta completa PRESENTADA AL CONCURSO A TIEMPO, como creemos se debieron exhibir los proyectos serios, no con el afán de exaltarnos, sino para demostrar que no hay EN LA PÁGINA DEL FALLO DE NAICM, NI UNA SOLA exhibición completa del material.

SOLO AMONTONARON, SIN AUTOR Y SIN NADA.

Sabemos que Hay muchas propuestas que fueron entregadas completas y que son dignas de revisar, de exhibir bien y de admirar. es nuestra opinión, con todo respeto.

SUGERIMOS UNA INVESTIGACIÓN PROFUNDA POR LA MAGNITUD DEL EVENTO, A LOS ORGANIZADORES DE NAICM, A LA FAD UNAM Y UNA ENTREVISTA A LOS JUECES PARA ANALIZAR SU TRAYECTORIA COMO TODA BIENAL DE ARTE, DISEÑO O FOTOGRAFÍA LO PIDEN.

LES PEDIMOS LECTORES, INVESTIGUEN BIEN. AYÚDENOS, NO NOS ENTIERREN, NI QUEMEN VIVOS, QUEREMOS RECORDAR QUE FUE UNA CONVOCATORIA NACIONAL, EXPUESTA POR LOS PRINCIPALES MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN A NIVEL MUNDIAL y no es, ni fué un ¨concursito local de la prepa¨. INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE CÓMO NOS LLAMARON AQUÍ EN REDES A LOS ¨CHANGOS O NEANDERTALES¨ QUE PARTICIPAMOS CREYENDO EN LA HONESTIDAD DEL CONCURSO Y QUE AUN USAMOS NUESTRA BUENA FE.

Los peores logos para el Nuevo Aeropuerto

El Nuevo Aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México (NAICM) se quedó sin logotipo por ahora, ya que el jurado calificador del concurso, integrado por académicos de la Facultad de Arte y Diseño de la UNAM, concluyó que ninguna de las mil 44 propuestas conjuntó lo necesario para declarar un ganador. Vota por la peor propuesta de esta selección de 20 imágenes.

Asi juzgaron en la red a los concursantes del NAICM que participaron gratuitamente acudiendo a la convocatoria NACIONAL que hicieron los organizadores del Nuevo Aeropuerto y que al final declararon desierto. Al revolver en una exhibicion grotesca las propuestas mal elaboradas de las serias, justificando con ello su fallo y provocando la burla de las redes y el bullyng hacia todo participante.

CARTA A COMUNICACIÓN NAICM, A LOS ORGANIZADORES DEL CONCURSO INTERNACIONAL DE LOGOTIPO PARA EL NAICM Y A LA FACULTAD DE ARTE Y DISEÑO DE LA UNAM / RECTORIA UNAM.

Al enterarnos del fallo del concurso del diseño de logotipo para el nuevo aeropuerto internacional de la ciudad de México y como participantes del mismo, acudimos a ustedes para solicitar amablemente el nombre o los nombres del jurado calificador del concurso y cuyo fallo resultó DESIERTO. Publicado el día 4 de Mayo de 2017, en la pagina del NAICM.

Nuestra inquietud responde a que en todo evento serio, háblese bienal nacional, estatal o municipal de artes o fotografía, incluso en concursos de diseño gráfico con características similares al que ustedes organizan, se muestra la lista de jurados o jueces y su perfil incluso con su trayectoria para que el concursante sepa quien esta evaluando su trabajo.

Es muy importante para nosotros saberlo, no por que estemos o no de acuerdo con el resultado, sino porque eso habla de la transparencia del concurso y demuestra que este proyecto es como se dice, es uno de los primeros proyectos donde puede el ciudadano monitorear sus avances, desde anteproyecto, cimentación, obra, instalaciones y hasta acabados.

La imagen visual del aeropuerto consideramos, que es parte igual de importante así como cada paso en su construcción, por eso mismo participamos con dignidad y respeto a nuestro oficio y trabajo que para este concurso fue arduo y exhaustivo, por su corto tiempo y limitantes conceptuales.Por tal motivo, Consideramos que merecemos saber quienes fueron los jueces, cual es su trayectoria, cual es su análisis y si hubo o no hubo propuestas que estuvieron cerca de sus requerimientos.

De igual manera y por respeto a los concursantes, solicitamos se les otorgue a CADA PARTICIPANTE un diploma al menos digital CON NOMBRE como agradecimiento por su participación como muestra política y como un gesto de amabilidad por la contribución que como ciudadanos o diseñadores hicieron.

Si es necesario también, hacer mención publica de las propuestas cercanas al resultado esperado y el nombre de sus autores en un comunicado publico.

Solicitamos además del Nombre de los Jurados, su trayectoria y curriculum vitae y portafolio de trabajo, el análisis del Jurado Completo ante los eventos de evaluación del Concurso Citado, Bitácoras Describiendo los hechos, Orden del Día y Resumen descriptivo de la Evaluación de los Concursantes, cual fue el proceso de selección y en donde ocurrió, si hubo una clasificación de la obra, si hubo finalistas o no y porque razón.  Además si recibieron un incentivo por su labor.

Solicitamos se haga todo esto de manera Publica ya que consideramos Insuficiente la Información que proporcionó NAICM en su comunicado y Deficiente la manera de EXHIBIR TAN IMPORTANTES PROPUESTAS en su PAGINA al no exhibirse completas y sin clasificaciones, denostando la Labor de los participantes que tomamos con seriedad el concurso y el Oficio del Diseño.

NAICM VISUALLY DENOUNCED AND RIDICULATES SERIOUS PROPOSALS WITH THEIR WAY OF EXHIBITING THE LOGOS, BY PUBLISHING THEM WITHOUT AUTHOR AND DERIVING TO GET A KNOWLEDGE OF THE QUALIFYING JURY, TO STRENGTHEN THEIR LATE FAILURE AND THE DECLARATION OF A NULL AND VOID CONTEST.

 

Regardless of whether designing contests and participating in them is a thing of the devil or not. Those who have had the courage to participate in contests, whether a state or national biennial of art or photography, we know that in every contest there are good and bad proposals and a select jury that evaluates, analyzes, rewards if you want, JUSTIFIES and exhibits.
